Food was so good and reasonably priced for SF. Kind of a small restaurant so be aware. Staff also so sweet! Great vibes too.

eating here made me feel like i was in japan the sushi was so delicious with super reasonable prices! we tried their edamame, dragon roll, rock n roll, and a special house roll the edamame was delicious and was a great appetizer. they were very lightly salted which was nice, and the portion size was good for the price. all three rolls were also so good and flavorful. the rock n roll and special house roll had a small bit of wasabi in them, i would've preferred them without it. otherwise, we didn't really have any complaints the service was also really good and fast even though every table at the restaurant was occupied. we sat at the bar, so we could also watch the sushi chef make the sushi which was cool. the ingredients he was using seemed super fresh as well overall, eating here was a really enjoyable experience. i will definitely be back!

My favorite local sushi. Unbeatable prices. Great quality. Fast service. We usually get it for takeout and haven't dined in. It's pretty small in there. Their salmon is my favorite. Recommend if you live in the area!

Truly exceeded my expectations in every way! From the outside, appeared like a hole-in-the-wall cheap sushi place but once I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the interior was (similar to joints in Japan)! The fish on display looked incredibly fresh, making me excited for the food to come. We came pretty early on a Friday night (before 6) so there were still some spots available but they quickly filled up by the time we left. We got the potato pancakes, four seasons specialty roll ($13), and the hamachi lover specialty roll ($17), which was the perfect amount for two people. The croquettes were delicious--slightly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside without that over oily taste--and only around $6 too! Both sushi rolls had the fattest pieces of fish I've seen at a restaurant! The four seasons roll had four types of fish inside, leading to a truly spectacular mash of flavors inside your mouth. This one came with only 6 pieces which was why it was a bit cheaper than the other specialty roll. My favorite was the hamachi lover roll, which had a bit of kick to it due to a sauce on the inside, making it really flavorful and unique! Our waitresses were also very attentive - definitely would come back to try more of their specialty rolls and makimono!
